These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Go Natural / GoNattural website at gonatural.com and your purchase of products from Nattural Quality Corporation ("Go Natural," "GoNattural," "we," "us," or "our").

Go Natural offers herbal food supplements, teas, and related wellness products through its website.

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product information at any time without prior notice.

Order Procedure

Order processing is from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Orders placed after cut-off shall be processed on the next business day.

Once the order has been verified, Go Natural will send a confirmation email to the customer's registered email address.

If an item is out of stock or requires advance order processing of approximately 7 to 10 working days, the customer will be notified by email regarding product availability. The customer may choose to cancel the order without additional charges before dispatch.

Order Acceptance and Order Information

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Go Natural.

Go Natural reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • product unavailability
  • errors in pricing or product information
  • suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • non-compliance with order verification requirements

If an order is cancelled after payment has been charged or accepted, Go Natural will process the applicable refund subject to these Terms and Conditions and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes, vouchers, and discounts are limited in nature and may expire or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Promotional codes:

  • are not redeemable for cash
  • may not be copied, sold, transferred, or publicly distributed
  • may be subject to minimum purchase requirements or product exclusions
  • may be cancelled or rejected if misuse, abuse, or unauthorized activity is detected

Pricing and Payments

All prices posted on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • bank deposit
  • straight credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard)
  • GCash
  • GrabPay
  • credit card installment payment for select cards, including BDO and BPI, if available at checkout

Go Natural assumes no liability for losses or delays arising from incorrect shipping details, billing information, or payment information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to verify whether a customer is duly authorized to use a selected payment method and may suspend or cancel a transaction if such authorization cannot be confirmed.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds shall be made through the original payment method and to the person who made the original payment, unless otherwise required by law or by the payment provider's rules.

Refunds, when applicable, may be net of delivery fees and other non-refundable charges already incurred.

Go Natural does not guarantee the speed of refund processing. Approval and timing depend on the internal procedures of banks, card issuers, e-wallet providers, and other payment channels.

Refunds are subject to Go Natural's confirmation of a valid cancellation, return, or other approved basis for refund.

Go Natural reserves the right to update its refund process at any time without prior notice.

Delivery Process

Go Natural accepts deliveries within Metro Manila and selected areas in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal, subject to courier serviceability and operational availability.

Delivery may be handled by Go Natural or by its authorized delivery partners.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery lead times are as follows:

  • 3 to 5 working days within Metro Manila from order confirmation
  • 5 to 7 working days outside Metro Manila from order confirmation

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to volume, weather, holidays, supply limitations, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Receiving of Orders

Upon delivery, the authorized receiver may be asked to present one valid government-issued ID with photo and signature.

If the cardholder is unavailable, an authorized representative may receive the order, provided the following are presented when required:

  • confirmation email or order confirmation details
  • signed authorization letter from the cardholder or buyer
  • clear copy of the cardholder's valid ID
  • clear copy of the representative's valid ID

Go Natural reserves the right to withhold release of an order if identity or authorization requirements are not satisfactorily met.

Failed Delivery

Go Natural shall not be liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to:

  • absence or unavailability of the customer or authorized receiver
  • incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect delivery information
  • inability to contact the customer using the details provided
  • restricted access to the delivery address
  • force majeure, bad weather, transport disruption, strikes, or similar causes beyond our control

Go Natural reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt if the failed attempt was caused by the customer's unavailability or incorrect details.

If delivery fails on a second attempt due to the same customer-related reasons, Go Natural may cancel the transaction. Delivery charges and other incurred costs may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

Stock Availability

While stock information on the website may be updated regularly, availability is not guaranteed until the order has been confirmed and processed.

In some instances, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, Go Natural will notify the customer and provide available options, which may include waiting for restock, replacement where appropriate, or cancellation.

Order Cancellation

Go Natural may cancel an order for reasons including:

  • force majeure, calamity, severe weather, or similar events
  • stock unavailability
  • system error
  • product detail or pricing error
  • incorrect product image or promotion
  • verification issues
  • suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • customer non-compliance with order requirements

If Go Natural cancels an order after payment has been received, a customer representative will notify the customer through email and assist with applicable refund processing.

Customers may request cancellation by contacting Go Natural as soon as possible. However, if the order has already been packed, dispatched, or is already in transit, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns and Exchange

Go Natural has a 3-day exchange policy for orders made through the website.

Within 3 days from receipt of the order, the customer may request an exchange provided that the item:

  • is unused
  • is unopened and sealed
  • is in brand new and resalable condition
  • is returned with complete packaging, if applicable

To request an exchange, the customer must first email customerservice@gonatural.com.ph and provide the Order ID and reason for the request.

If the returned item passes inspection, Go Natural will process the exchange within approximately 7 working days from confirmation of eligibility.

Unless Go Natural determines that the item delivered was incorrect, damaged, or defective, all courier and shipping fees related to the exchange shall be shouldered by the customer.

We do not accept refunds for change of mind.

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, unsealed, tampered, or used consumable products, except where required by applicable consumer law or where the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer must notify Go Natural within 3 days from receipt by emailing customerservice@gonatural.com.ph with:

  • Order ID
  • photos of the item received
  • photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • description of the issue

Go Natural reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim before approving replacement, exchange, or other appropriate remedy.

Product Use Disclaimer

Go Natural products are sold as food supplements or wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless expressly stated in accordance with applicable regulations.

Customers are responsible for reading product labels, ingredients, usage directions, warnings, and storage instructions before use.

If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have allergies, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Go Natural / Nattural Quality Corporation and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Natural shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • use of or inability to use the website
  • delays in order processing or delivery
  • product unavailability
  • unauthorized access to or alteration of data
  • events beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Website Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, product offering, pricing, or service at any time without prior notice.
