    beans_drk.jpgSoak 1 cup of red kidney beans in hot water and let it soften. Boil 3/4 cup of glutenouschamporado.jpg or sticky rice in water and then add the softened red kidney beans. Put 1 tablespoon cooking chocolate and some brown sugar to taste. Boild in low fire until everything is cooked and almost blending. Serve with milk. This recipe is intended to introduce the value of protein in an ordinary food like champurado that kids will like to eat.
