Gallstones are usually produced due excessive fat and for this reason, cholesterol stones would be the most common.  Natural ways of detoxification such taking fruits and vegetable extracts are popular because of the benefit of reducing the need to undergo surgery.  However, it should be emphasized that the size of the gallstones is important.  If we regularly detoxify without the “crash methods†or drastic measures of other forms of detox, we prevent the formation of gallstones.  One good way to detox is taking radish juice (30 cc) at least once a week or eat radish as we see raw carrots eaten.  The general effect is the good flow of bile with radish which helps reduce the risk of having gallstones.

My wife was diagnosed with a gallstone about 9mm,but is already in the bile duct (CBD). It is blocking the passage of bile. She is having yellowish color in her eyes, urine and body. Is the natural way of removing gallstone (08 Aug.) applicable on her case? Is there any other natural method to remedy her problem?
Help us please.
Best regards,
Joseph Tabrilla
From Dr. Aligui: I would not recommend natural methods because it might cause more blockage. You have to see a gastro-enterologist.

I have diagnosed recently with 18mm gallstone lodged at gallbladder neck. I have gallstones from more than 3 years. I had severe pain 3 years ago when I was in India but the pain was gone automatically when I came to Australia 3 years ago. Last year, I had ultrasound and it showed 3 gallstones (2 small and 1 big). Now this year, it is showing only 1 big 18mm gallstone, I don’t have any pain or any health related issue. I’m living healthy life and eating healthy food and also I avoid fatty food and high cholesterol food. I’ve also started drinking Apple juice everyday and I do regular exercise. I want to dissolve my gallstone naturally as it is not causing me any problem. Please suggest me any natural remedy. I’ll be very thankful to you.
Best Regards,
Khushi
From Dr. Aligui: try a regular gallbladder flush, say every 3months with ultrasound monitoring. There are no quick fix on flushing so only an ultrasound exam can guide you if you need to do this less often, example: every 6 months. Regular flushing of gallbladder is a health maintenance practice.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I’m willing to do gallbladder flush but I was just wondering if it is safe to do a gallbladder flush because my gallstone is 18mm. I’ve read on the internet that doing flushes on large stones can lead to an emergency operation as there is a risk to stuck a stone in the bile duct.
Best Regards,
Khushi
From Dr. Aligui: That’s true a large stone can block the bile duct. An 18mm stone is borderline and if you have recurrent pain, I suggest that you opt for surgery.

i have severe attact of gallstone.can raddish dissolve fast?please help me.thanks for any reply…..

No, there is no dissolution for gallstones, alternative medicine can only offer you some way to expel the stones but if you have severe attacks, the gallstones could be large -which is causing the pain. You have to have a medical workup, so please go see a doctor.
