Apples (Malus domestica) are a good source of nutrition as well as nutritional support in diarrhea. Apples
contain a substance called pectin. Pectin is a heterosaccharide which is derived from the cell wall of plants and the extraction of this substance is enhanced by cooking. It stabilizes and thickens food; it is an additive to food and as such is a “gelling agent.” Apple sauce or jelly is a good preparation for snacks and food supplement in cases of diarrhea. Ideally, a blender is used to prepare apple sauce but in case one has no blender, the following can be done:
1. Peel and grate apples
2. Cook in low fire with some water until soft and almost sauce-like
3. Add brown sugar and cinnamon to taste; but not very sweet
4. Put over crackers so kids can enjoy

From Doc Emil: No effective food for acid reflux. What you can do is to make a diet list of food which you ate that could aggravate acid reflux. Bananas and “mucillagenous” vege such as okra have been noted to lessen acid reflux.

It is not easy to find lemon balm but you might want to check if seeds are available in the supermarket seed rack. If you find them then you can plant the seeds. Computer work is not a problem with hyperthyroidism.

Wash about 5 leaves of takip kuhol with clean water or soak in hydrogen peroxide for 10 minutes to remove bacterial contamination. Using a clean mortar/pestle, grind the leaves with small amounts of water and put it on the allergic site. Be careful not to put the poultice in open wounds as there may risk of infection.

Kung hypothyroid ka walang kinalaman yan sa phlema. Ang measure ay T3, T4 examination kung may response ka sa thyroid hormone supplementation (L-thyroxine). Magpa consulta ka sa ibang doctor to get another opinion preferably an endocrinologist. In most cases the problem is stress because it is the hormone balance that is the problem, Vita plus will not produce results, although it is not harmful. I suggest you to take healthy food such as malunggay, alugbati, sprouts such as alfalfa, talbos ng kamote, talbos ng squash. Also sea foods.

Usually, yung mga may preservatives, so processed foods are best avoided. Also do not hold your bladder, drink as much fluid as possible and flush all those bacteria by water alone. You can enhance this by taking banaba, balbas pusa, luyang dilaw, which can increase urination and protect the kidneys. You can also try Renalin which can has the mentioned medicinal plants.
