Most of us may be wondering how we can maximize medicinal plants. One of the most practical way to do this is to combine medicinal plants in dry form or medicinal juice. For a start I would recommend a combination of a medicinal vegetable such as malunggay (Moringa oleifera) and a medicinal herb such as gotu kola (Centella asiatica). These plants can be consumed in the form of a juice.

Malunggay

Gotu Kola
HOW TO DO IT:
Extract 1 cup of malunggay plus 10 pieces of gotu kola and the resulting juice would be about 30ml. Take this daily for diabetes with neuropathy. Malunggay has been reported to promote healthy glucose level and gotu kola is a traditional herb for neurological problems; it improves circulation.
